Barcelona president Sandro Rosell is still furious with Real Madrid defender Pepe's stamp on Lionel Messi last season.

Pepe escaped punishment for his actions, which were caught on camera during one El Clasico clash.

Discussing the Spanish Liga's disciplinary process, Rosell declared: "We are against a single judge, not by age or who is a member of a club, but because he alone decides.

"The non judgment for Pepe's stomp on Messi is a scandal."
