President of Barrack Young Controllers Professor Sekou Konneh is savouring the historic moment after seeing side beat Kotoko to progress to the next stage of the CAF Champions League.

The Liberian champions qualified on the away goals rule after beating the Ghanaian giants 1-0 in Monrovia on Sunday.

And for Barrack Young Controllers president, Professor Konney, the win marks a historic moment in the cub’s history.

“ “I’m very proud to eliminate Asante Kotoko from the Chapions League,” he told Asempa FM

“It was a difficult game to analyse because Kotoko is a great team and they played so well. But in the end, we have beaten the best club in the century.

“BYC have made a rich history by eliminating African club of the century.”
