Former Belgium star Walter Baseggio says Roma ace Radja Nainggolan could be bossing the midfield of "Manchester United or Chelsea".
Nainggoln has hit a rich seam of form since the New Year.
And Baseggio declared: "What he does is fantastic. Believe me, he can play for Real Madrid, Barcelona, Chelsea or Manchester United. I do not think that he'd go though.
"Radja loves Rome. He feel at home and AS Roma is the ideal club for him.
"The respect for him is also great, look at Chelsea last summer, he refused to go there."
