Bechem United Noah Martey says he is keeping his eyes on the ball despite an impressive start to the season which has seen him rake up six goals in nine matches.

The highly talented youngster has taken the snub from the Under 20 squad on the chin to prove his credentials in the Ghana Premier League.

Martey has been blistering form for Bechem United and has contributed 90% of United’s goals this season.

Despite the bright start Noah says he is not getting carried away.

“I am happy people are appreciating my effort but I am not losing focus,” the 19-year-old told GHANASoccernet.com

“I am not thinking about winning the goal king I am just looking to improve myself and my team.”

Bechem United are 8th on the league log.
