Berekum Chelsea coach Hans Vander Plyum will tweak his side for Saturday's CAF  Champions League tie against Zamalek.

The Dutchman will welcome inspirational captain Abdul Basit, striker Emmanuel Clottey, talented winger Solomon Asante and impressive left-full back Richard Kissi Boateng for the crunch fixture at the Accra Sports stadium.

Basit, Asante and Kissi Boateng were excused from duty when they won the President Cup at the expense of  Kotoko  to treat various degrees of ailments while leading marksman Clottey was given a compassionate leave to attend to pressing family matters.

The former Premier League Champions face a daunting task to progress from a group that comprises of three sides that have 15 titles between them.

They will face Egyptian powerhouses Al Ahy and Zamalek as well TP Mazembe of DR Congo

Chelsea are hoping to emulate Ghana's two biggest clubs, Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko, who have both been crowned African champions in the past.

Hearts won the title in 2000 while Kotoko were victorious in 1970 and 1983.
