Berekum Chelsea owe the Ghana Football Association over US$ 220,000 as percentages on transfer fees.

According to Footy Ghana sources, the club have not paid the 10% deductions from the transfer fees on players like Emmanuel Clottey, Richard Kissi Boateng and Gladson Awako.

Berekum Chelsea are in serious financial quandary ever since president Emmanuel Kyeremeh relocated to Canada.

Last week, a Ghana Football Association ruled that they were to pay former coach Hans Van der Pluijm US$ 215,000 for “aggravated breaches” of his contract or face expulsion from the Ghana top-flight.
