Berekum Chelsea technical director Steve Pollack claims Ghana football is always better when there are good playing fields and fair refereeing.
"I think Ghana football is okay if the pitches are good, the referees are fair, the players and everybody else is honest," he said.
"Now I hear rumours that this person has done this and this person has done that. I won't go into details.
"But for me to hear those stories is not very nice to be here but then the people are doing that for a reason."
The Englishman has joined the Blues for a third stint this season.
