Berekum Chelsea will play their 201st Ghana Premier League match on Sunday against New Edubiase United since joining the top-flight in 2008.
The Blues will mark this milestone achievement at the Golden City Park.
Chelsea have won 85 of the 200 matches played so far; drawn 55 and lost 60 which translates into a total of 310 points.
They have scored a total of 199 goals and conceded 171 against 27 different opponents.
Berekum Chelsea won the league in 2011 and represented the country in the 2012 CAF Champions League where they reached the Group stage.
Their worst finish was last season when they placed 12th with 40 points.
