Besiktas are targeting Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil.
The Sun says Ozil, Cesc Fabregas and Radamel Falcao are all being eyed by Besiktas as the Turkish giants plan stunning summer raid.
Besiktas president Fikret Orman is reportedly in London to hold talks with Chelsea star Fabregas – who has enjoyed a resurgent 2016-17 campaign.
Aksam claims Fabregas is the No1 target – but Arsenal star Ozil, linked with a summer move away from the Emirates, and Monaco hitman Falcao are also potential signings.
Club president Orman said: “I will get a name that 'will not' come to Turkey.
“It will be called impossible. This star will be Besiktas' brand face in Europe."
