Black Maidens line up two friendly matches ahead of FIFA World Cup

Ghana's U17 female team have lined up two friendly matches to prepare ahead of the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in Jordan.

The Black Maidens will engage Police Ladies and Bafana Ladies this week as they put their preparations into top gear.

The team will play Police Ladies at the Tesano Police Park on Thursday before traveling to Elmina to battle Bafana Ladies at the Nduom stadium on Saturday.

Coach Augustine Evans Adotey is expected to use te friendly as a dress rehearsal ahead of the World Cup in Jorda next month.

The Ghanaians have drawn former champions Japan and USA as well as Paraguay in group D.

The tournament kick-starts from September 30-October 21.
