The Black Queens have lined up friendly matches against Morocco and Japan ahead of the 2018 Women's Africa Cup of Nations.

The recently crowned WAFU Zone B champions want to be in the best of shapes before hosting the rest of the continent in Novemeber.

''This year, we will be hosting the African Women's Championship that's the African Cup of Nations for Women from the 17th to the 1st December,'' Nyantakyi said at last week's Ordinary Congress.

''In our quest to ensure that our senior women's team lift the trophy. We pledge to give them all of our support to ensure that they are in good shape to win the title.

''In our utmost desire of giving them the best preparations, we are organizing a series of friendly matches which will include playing in Japan on 1 April and playing against Morocco in Accra in June. ''
