Head Coach of the national U-20 team, the Black Satellites, Jimmy Cobblah has target all three points in the game against Algeria on Friday in the African Youth Championship qualifiers.

Ghana begin their qualifiers for the competition which will be hosted by Niger in 2019, against the young Warriors of Algeria in Algiers  on Friday.

Coach Jimmy Cobblah and his 18 man squad arrived in the Algerian capital on Wednesday and held their first training this morning ahead of the encounter.

The former Inter Allies manager revealed after their first training, his strategy is to win regardless of the place the game in being played.

"All my years I have been coaching for 20 years now and when I am going to a game I never think of draw or lose because going into a game and you think of draw or lose you will have one, every game I strategies for a win and we have come here to score but if we didn't score we will have a point to go home with as for lose it's not our prayers", Coach Jimmy Cobbinah told Oman FM.

Ghana remain the only country from Africa to win the FIFA U-20 world cup but missed out on the last competition after failing to qualify for the Africa Youth Championship.

Meanwhile, the winner of the two legged game between Ghana and Algeria will face the victors in the game between Gambia and Benin for a place in Niger.
