Black Starlets massacre host Namibia 8-0 in four-nation tournament

Teenage striker David Cudjoe netted four goals for Ghana's Under-17 team in their 8-0 annihilation of host Namibia in a four-nation tournament on Wednesday.

Coach Paa Kwesi Fabian's young charges went rout in a massive demolition exercise in Windhoek.

Eric Ayiah bagged a brace while Abdul-Halik Hudu and Najeeb Yakubu got a goal each to complete the rout.

The Ghanaians will next play Germany as they continue their preparations ahead of the 2017 African U17 Championship.

The West Africans will begin the qualifiers with a two-legged ties with Liberia in June this year.

The Black Starlets will go through three rounds of qualifiers before they can clinch their place for the competition to be held in Madagascar next year.
