The destiny of the Black Stars head coach Avram Grant will be decided today when the Black Stars management committee meets to decide on his future going forward.

Grant has lost his invincibility with high ranking members of the Ghana Football Association and his latest decision to snub the Black Stars management committee and return to the U.K after the defeat to Egypt in Alexandria looks to be the final straw which broke the camel’s back.

The Israeli coach is under unquenchable fire after five disappointing games without a win and is facing knives from all directions.

His employers have also run out of patience with him and are willing to cut their loses given his lackadaisical attitude towards the Black Stars job.

With a monumental fifty thousand dollars a month salary Grant has failed to strike fear into opposition teams and continues to pride in the fact that he was at the final of the Africa Cup of Nations three weeks after taking up the job in 2014.

All these facts will be put on the table when the management committee votes to decide his future today.

According reports in the Ghanaian media the former Chelsea boss is already resigned to the fact that he might lose his job and has asked his agents to look for a team in England for him as he eyes a return to club football.
