Black Stars attacker David Accam will join his international team-mates in high spirit after scoring to earn a point for Chicago Fire in a 1-1 draw with Orlando City in the American Major League Soccer on Saturday night. 

The 24-year-old his incredible switch of pace inside the Orlando City box to beat defender Corey Ashe with a beautiful piece of his impregnating thrills before rifling home with a powerful low drive on the half hour-mark.

However his goal, which was the opener at the Florida Citrus Bowl did not stand for long as defender Eric Gehrig kowtowed to excessive pressure from the host and euthanized with an own-goal.

Accam will be highly boosted by the goal which happens to be his 7th finish of the season.

His Ghanaian compatriot Patrick Nyarko was replaced on the hour mark by American midfielder Harrison Shipp.

Chicago Fire confirmed on their Twitter handle Accam will fly down to join his Black Stars team-mates for international duty after the international break and he has confirmed on his Instagram page he has turned his attention to international duty.
