Newly-invited Black Stars midfielder Godfred Donsah has been handed a starting role on his debut by Bologna in their crucial home tie with Sassuolo on Saturday afternoon.

The 19-year-old will start in midfield for the Serie A newcomers and face Ghanaian international midfielder Alfred Duncan who is also likely to start for Sassuolo.

A source close to the Bologna technical team has told GHANAsoccernet.com the former Hellas Verona midfielder has won himself a place in midfield to start for the Rossoblu.

"Donsah is a sure start for Bologna. He trained very very well within the first week of joining and coach Delio Rossi has opted for him to start in midfield," the source said.
