Black Stars players will undergo recovery training at the Accra Sports Stadium this afternoon after arriving from Comoros on Saturday morning.

Head coach Avram Grant will lead the 13 players who took of Friday's 0-0 stalemate in Moroni through a separate recovery session while the rest of the 10 players who did not play part of the game train at a different pace.

The contingent failed to touch down in Accra on schedule due to delays and long nature of the trip from the Island nation.

With the initial plan of flying straight to Kumasi broken down, Avram Grant has granted his players few hours to spend with family members in Accra before reporting for training at 15:30 in Accra.

All players will enplane to Kumasi where they will face Comoros in the reverse fixture at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

The lowly-ranked Comoros frustrated Ghana to a 0-0 stalemate at the 5000-capacity Stade Said Mohamed Cheikh.

Ghana are attempting to reach their fourth straight FIFA World Cup finals and must eliminate Comoros to reach the group stages of the qualifying round.
