The Black Stars have held their first training session in Yokohama ahead of Tuesday's exhibition match against Japan.

The team arrived in the Asian country in the early hours of Sunday after defeating Zambia 2-1 in final Group D World Cup qualifier.

Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah dropped his top stars - Asamoah Gyan, Michael Essien, Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu and Andre Ayew-for this international friendly.

Kevin-Prince Boateng also was left out of the squad after picking up an injury in the build-up to the Zambia match.
