Richmond Boakye-Yiadom has been loaned out to Serie-B side Sassuolo
Ghana striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom says he would like to play for English giants Manchester United.
The 19-year-old has been loaned to Serie-B side Sassuolo after signing for Italian giants Juventus this summer.
The former Genoa man however says his dream is to play in the English Premier League with his preference being for the record champi0nship winners Manchester United.
“I am spending this season at Sassuolo on a loan deal,” he told the Graphic Sports.
“I will go back to Juventus next season and fight for a regular place to be able to prove myself more.”
“My dream is to play in the English Premiership, hopefully Manchester United in the next few years, but I can end up in Chelsea or probably Arsenal.”
Boakye-Yiadom scored on his Ghana debut in a friendly game against China last month and has been part of the Black Stars set up ever since.
Stupid comment. Are you trying to offend your bosses…Juventus have won as much as Man-U!
Many good players do not stay in one club, because they are highly marketable. If don’t believe me ask Arsene Wenger and Mourinho.
Your international career will be in jeopardy if you intend playing for Man United. How many African players are in United? Our own Welbeck was asked to choose between United and Ghana. Please focus on your current club, plan for your future but not around Man United, especially with Fergie in control. Wish wish you well
Good and healthy attitude! Aim high, God willing you’ll get there!
