Kevin-Prince Boateng has made an extraordinary recovery to make it into the AC Milan squad for the Champions League tie with Bate Borisov, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The 24-year-old Ghana international limped out of Milan's 3-2 win over Roma with an ankle injury where he was red-carded as he made his way onto the bench after he was substituted.

He has eventually been handed a two-match ban by the Italian Football Federation for insulting the linesman in Saturday's game but is eligible to play in Tuesday's Champions League game against the Belarusian club.

Milan squad: Abbiati, Amelia, Roma - Abate, Bonera, De Sciglio, Nesta, Taiwo, Thiago Silva, Zambrotta, Yepes - Ambrosini, Aquilani, Boateng, Emanuelson, Nocerino, Seedorf - Ibrahimovic, Robinho, Ganz.
