Ghana midfielder Godfred Donsah is the number one candidate to leave Bologna this summer.
The 21-year-old has emerged as a summer target for Italian giants AS Roma with a number of European teams thought to be interested.
Italian journalist Enrico Bonzanini has revealed the Ghanaian is on his way out of Bologna.
"Donsah is the prince as a candidate," he said
"Bologna is making excellent arrangement and he will leave if everything goes well.
"They have a good relationship and from all indication, he will leave for the right offer."
The Giallorossi are preparing to swap Brazilian midfielder Gerson Santos da Silva for the Bologna.
Roma coach Eusebio Di Francesco is considering bringing the box-to-box midfielder to the Stadio Olimpico who is worth â¬8m.
The 21-year-old is currently on holidays in his native country.
