Asked about former Serbian international centre-back Neven Subotic's (27) future by German newspaper Der Westen, Borussia Dortmund long-timer's agent, Frieder Gamm, stated:
"A move to Fiorentina? No comment on that. However, my job is to make the most from transfer chances. And, since we are in an open market time, of course I'm having interesting talks about Neven".
Playing for Borussia Dortmund since 2008/09 and still on a deal with Bundesliga giants until June 2018, Subotic, a capable but frequently injured defensive player, has been heavily linked to a possible Middlesbrough move during current summer.
