Ghana's squad at the African Nations Championship.

Ghana coach Maxwell Konadu has named an attacking line-up to face Libya in Saturday’s CHAN final but unfit striker Yahaya Mohammed will start from the bench.

Mohammed picked up a knee injury in the semi-final clash against Nigeria on Wednesday and could not win the fitness battle.

King Faisal forward Sulley Mohammed makes a return and will replace the Asante Kotoko ace.

He will partner Ghana Premier League goal king Seidu Bansey, who is yet to find the back of the net.

Right-back Godfred Saka makes a return from injury to take up his position.

Abeiku Ainooson replaces suspended Kwabena Adusei in central defence.

Konadu has maintained clubmates Michael Akuffo and Jordan Opoku in midfield and wingers Theophilus Anobaah and Asiedu Attobrah have been retained.

It is a typical 4-4-2 formation after Konadu promised to vary his strategy for this final match.

Kickoff is at 20:00 hours GMT at the Cape Town Stadium.

Ghana’s starting XI against Libya: Stephen Adams -Abeiku Ainooson, Godfred Saka-Nuru Sulley, Joshua Tijani – Michael Akuffo, Jordan Opoku, Asiedu Attobrah, Theophilus Anobaah – Seidu Bansey, Sulley Mohammed
