This paves the way for him to seal a bumper cash move Turkish second-tier side Balikesirspor after an initial attempt failed last week, Ghana's leading football news website can reveal.
GHANAsoccernet.com can reveal that he will finally sign a deal with Balikesirspor in the coming hours to return to Turkish football.
The veteran goalkeeper's move to Balikesirspor fell through after Doxa refused to accept the offer from the Turkish club for Kingson to move.
The 36-year-old glovesman has now taken advantage of a clause in his contract which allows him to cancel his relationship with Doxa.
He will sign a contract withà Balikesirspor if he is successful in medicals to be completed on Thursday afternoon.
Kingson is seeking a move to a much competitive league to boost his World Cup chances.
The former Blackpool goalkeeper made 10 appearances for Doxa Katokopia before the winter break.
Kingson was an unused substitute in Ghanaââ¬â¢s 6-1 win over Egypt last October in the first leg tie of the 2014 World Cup playoff.
