The 23-year-old signed a three-year contract with the SuperLig side on Thursday afternoon after a successful medical.
The lucrative deal was brokered by super-agent Ibrahim Sana on Thursday even though the financial details were not made public.

His performances for the Norwegian side forced officials of Genclerbirligi to chase the Ghanaian to boost their squad.
His vast experience in Europe is the key reason why Genclerbirligi opted to sign him despite contacting several players for the same position.
Issah previously played for in the Ghanaian top-flight for Dansoman-based side Liberty Professionals.
He signed for French side Stade Rennes before travelling to play for Nordsjaeland in Denmark where he was spotted by Stabaek.
