Ghanaian trio of Jeffrey Schlupp, Daniel Amartey and Joe Dodoo have won the English Premier League with Leicester city.

Leicester won the title on Monday night after Baba Rahman's Chelsea came back from two goals down to share the spoils with second-placed Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge.

The result meant the Foxes hold a seven-point lead with two matches to the end of the season.

Leicester have won their first title in their 132 years of existence.

Claudio Ranieri's side started the campaign as 5,000-1 outsiders for the title after almost being relegated last season.
