While possibly accepting the renewal offer coming from Zenit Saint-Petersbourg, Belgian international midfielder Axel Witsel (27), playing for Russian club since 2012/13, has just been the object of an offer coming from Stoke City. English club put 15 million euros on the table for his ownership, plus a 3.5 million euros annual salary for former Benfica player, who's earning about twice in Russia. Witsel is still an item of interest for Juventus, AC Milan, AS Roma, Everton and Tottenham as well.
