Bristol City winger Albert Adomah is set to been handed his first call-up to Ghana's national team, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The 23-year-old is among players being considered for the Black Stars friendly against Nigeria in London next month, a GHANAsoccernet source within the Ghana FA has revealed.

Adomah, City's player of the year last season, caught the eye of Ghana coach Goran Stevanovic with his performances.

Even Black Stars assistant manager Kwasi Appiah monitored the player some weeks ago and he is set to be given the chance to impress in London.

With Kevin Prince Boateng out of the game and Opoku Agyemang struggling to be fit from the nagging knee injury, Adomah could get his big career break with the Black Stars.

Adomah recently signed a new three-year contract at Ashton Gate.
