President of Techiman City FC Charles Kwadwo Ntim [Micky Charles) has sworn to expose officials of ‘Ghana football’ over the demotion of his club to the third tier league.
Techiman City FC have been demoted to the second division with a ruling of the Ethics Committee which found the club guilty on charges of bribery and match fixing.
The Techiman-based club were found by the Ethics Committee to have played a match of convenience with Wa African United in their Week 22 Division One League match.
Both teams have thus been demoted from the Division One League per the ruling of the Ethics Committee which Techiman City FC have already served notice of launching an appeal against.
Club President Charles Kwadwo Ntim now claims the decision of the Ethics Committee is as a result of a hatched plan by some officials he has sworn to expose.
“I will expose certain people in Ghana football,” he told Kumasi-based Nhyira FM.
“There is a tape which will come out from next week and it will expose some people.
“Some officials schemed to have this ruling against Techiman City but in due course they will be exposed.”
Techiman City were in pole to clinch the sole qualification ticket from Zone 2 to the Premier League before the ruling of the Ethics Committee.
