Chelsea are closing on a deal for Rangers whizkid Billy Gilmour.
Goal says Chelsea have reached an agreement to sign Rangers starlet Gilmour.
They say the 15-year-old will move for a £500,000 fee in the summer.
The youngster had a trial at Chelsea's Cobham training ground and was convinced to leave the Scottish giants.
The midfielder has impressed for Rangers and was called up to the club's Under-20 side.
