Berekum Chelsea coach Hans Van Der Plyum has resisted self glorification for his team’s recent surge in form.

The Champions travel to Cape Coast on Wednesday to battle unbeaten Ebusua Dwarfs on a back of a four-match winning streak.

But the Dutch coach has rejected any attempt to take credit for the significantly improved of his side saying it boils down to a joint effort of all stakeholders.

“You should know that I work with the players, with my assistants, with management and many other people so I cannot solely take credit for this achievement,” he told Gold Sports.

“We keep improving from match to match because there is a lot of hardwork and commitment and I can only hope this continues.

“I have very good players and we always want to play attacking football which suits them so I can only hope it even gets better.”
