According to both UK and German sources, Borussia Monchengladbach have submitted Chelsea their first cash offer, amounting to about €15/£12m, for keeping Danish international centre-back Andreas Christensen (20). Blues turned down German club attempt.
Still set to play on loan for Gladbach in 2016/17, Christensen is currently on a deal with London giants until June 2020. Tracked by Juventus, Barcelona FC and Real Madrid as well, Chelsea seem inclined to rely on him for the future, for the time being.
