According to the Daily Mirror Chelsea's next target to revamp their defense is Lazio's centre-back De Vrij.
The Blues wanted Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly but the Azzurri are asking at least € 50m for the Senegal international, rejecting a € 30m offer from the Stamford Bridge outfit.
Chelsea are considering their request to high, and now the Blues are ready to offer € 20m to secure the Dutch defender services for the next years.
