Radja Nainggolan has decided to snub a move to Chelsea since he prefers to join Manchester United, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 28-year-old has reportedly rejected the chance to move to Stamford Bridge and is keen on joining the Red Devils, as Josè Mourinho is a great admirer of the Belgium international.
Incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has made him a top transfer target and the Blues placed a £28million bid offering a five-year deal.
