Chicago Fire attacker David Accam has officially welcome his international team-mate Harrison Afful to the American top-flight.

The 24-year-old is obviously thrilled about Afful's arrival as he took to Twitter to express his delight about the move.

Afful, 29, surprised Ghanaians with an unexpected move to Columbus Crew where he has signed a two-year-contract for the club.

Accam move to the MLS before the start of the America season and his form has been crucial for Fire who are faring in mid-table place in the league.

Afful becomes the latest Ghanaian player to play in the American top-flight following the recent arrivals of Adam Kwarasey, Accam, Dominic Oduro, Patrick Nyarko, Gershon Kwofie and Abdul Safiu Fatawu..
