Christian Atsu has attributed Newcastle United 2-0 win at Wigan on Wednesday to hard work.
The Ghana international climbed off the bench to put the game beyond the hosts for the Championship leaders.
Paul Dummett flicked a high ball on to Yoan Gouffran who pulled the ball back into the path of Atsu.
Astu took a touch before thumping a left-footed effort beyond the reach of Jussi Jaaskelainen.
