Coach Kwesi Appiah vows Ghana will go all out against Uganda in penultimate World Cup qualifier

Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah insists his troops will go all out against Uganda in the penultimate 2018 World Cup qualifier on Saturday.

The four-time African champions have a slim chance of qualifying to the global showpiece in Russia next year.

The West African giants sit third in group E with five points while Uganda are second with seven points, two behind group leaders Egypt.

The Black Stars are aware even a win against the Cranes and an Egyptian success over Congo will effectively kill their chances of qualifying to the World Cup.

And Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah has revealed his side are under no pressure and will hope to build on their win against Congo.

“The squad is in high spirits especially after huge win in Congo. We are hoping to extend that form in Kampala,” Appiah said.

“We are not under pressure but a win will be very positive for us. We will give it our all,” he added.
