Arsenal loanee Emmanuel Frimpong played 77 minutes for Charlton Athletic when they suffered a 2-0 defeat at Sheffield Wednesday.

In the League One, striker David Amoo played 69 minutes Preston North End who drew 1-1 with Coventry City.

Former Manchester United youth team striker John Cofie came off the bench to play the last ten minutes for Sheffield United as they beat Crawley Town 2-0.

GERMANY

Greuther Furth picked their first point from five games after drawing 1-1 with Augsburg.

Ghana U20 left-back Baba Abdul Rahman watched the full game from the bench.

ITALY

Ten-man AS Roma managed to beat AC Milan 4-2 at the Stadio Olimpico.

Kevin-Prince Boateng played the full 90 minutes for Milan while Sulley Muntari replaced Ambrosini in the 77th minute.

Midfielder Isaac Cofie lasted the entire duration of the game for Chievo Verona who lost 2-0 at Torino.

Afriyie Acquah played the last 20 minutes of Parma’s 2-1 triumph at Bologna.

Emmanuel Agyemang-Badu played full throttle for Udinese who held Atalanta to a 1-1 draw at the Stadio Atleti Azzurri d’Italia.

Genoa held Inter Milan to a pulsating 1-1 draw at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

Alfred Duncan was not in the Inter first team but Ghanaian duo Mohammed Al Hassan and Said Ahmed Said both warmed the Genoa bench.

Juventus scored twice in added time to beat Cagliari 3-1 to keep their winning run.

Midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah played the entire 90 minutes for Juventus.

In the Serie B, Mase Nana Addo Welbeck failed to make the Brescia first team squad when they drew 0-0 with Livorno.

Maxwell Acosty and Daniel Kofi Agyei both played the entire regulation minutes for Juve Stabia who lost 1-0 to ten-man Hellas Verona.

Yussif Raman Chibsah reclaimed his place in the Sassuolo starting line-up as they beat Virtus Lanciano 2-0.

Striker Richmond Boakye-Yiadom lasted 69 minutes for Sassuolo but AC Milan loanee Edmund Etse Hottor was not in the Lanciano squad.

Both Masahudu Alhassan and Ahmed Barusso played for Novara as they defeated Pro Vercelli.

SPAIN

Wakaso Mubarak played 77 minutes for Espanyol when they beat Deportivo La Coruna 2-0.

Anthony Annan lost his place in the Osasuna team as Granada beat the 2-1.

Michael Essien played full time at right-back for Real Madrid who lost 3-2 at Malaga.

In the Segunda B, Thomas Partey played full time for Atletico Madrid B as they won 2-0 over Marino.

FRANCE

Defender John Boye has returned to training but did not play for Stade Rennes who posted a 4-2 win over Ajaccio.

Valenciennes sneaked past Evian TG 2-1.

Rabiu Mohammed played 66 minutes for Evian TG while Jonathan Mensah watched the entire action from the bench.

Andre Ayew scored in first-half added time to hand Olympique Marseille a 1-0 win over Saint Etienne.

Attacker Jordan Ayew also played full time for Marseille.

Ishmael Yartey did not travel with the Sochaux team that lost 2-0 at Toulouse.

In the Ligue 2, defender Dennis Appiah came off the bench to play the last five minutes for AS Monaco who beat Le Mans 3-2.

HOLLAND

Edwin Gyasi lasted 63 minutes for FC Twente who hammered AZ Alkmaar 3-0.

Kwame Quansah was booked in the 54th minute and played full time for Heracles Almelo who were held to a 1-1 draw by PEC Zwolle.

Fred Benson also played the entire game for PEC Zwolle.

There was no Kevin Tano in the ADO Den Haag side that beat NEC 2-0.

Memphis Depay came off the bench to play 18 minutes for PSV Eindhoven who beat NAC Breda 6-1.

Nana Akwasi Asare missed FC Utrecht’s 0-0 stalemate with Ajax due to injury.

In the second-tier league, Jonathan Opoku and Mitch Apau helped Veendam to beat Sparta Rotterdam 2-1.

Elvis Manu failed to get on the score-sheet when his loan side Excelsior lost 3-1 to De Graafschap.

TURKEY

Defender Jerry Akaminko was a pillar in defence for Eski?ehirspor who lost 2-1 at Antalyaspor.

In the Liga 1, former Ghana U20 defender Karim Alhassan was out of the Adanaspor side that lost 2-1 to Manisaspor.

BELGIUM

Former Heart of Lions midfielder Abraham Kudemor was booked in the 31st minute and played full time for Sporting Charleroi who beat Gent 2-1.

Abdul Yakinu-Iddi scored the second goal for KV Mechelen who beat Germinal Beerschot 2-0.

Lierse SK managed to squeeze a point from OH Leuven after drawing 2-2.

Rahim Ayew played the entire 90 minutes but Cofie Bekoe was not part of the Lierse team for the game.

Bernard Kumordzi played the last two minutes for Racing Genk who lost 4-2 to Anderlecht.

CYPRUS

Carlos Ohene scored a consolation goal for Alki Larnaca who lost 3-2 to AEL Limassol.Compatriot Yussif Rahman also featured for Alki.

Enoch Ebo Andoh played 59 minutes for AEL while striker Chris Dickson warmed the bench.

Gerome Agbo came off the bench in the 13th minute to play for Nea Salamis in their 1-1 draw with Paphos.

Former AshGold striker Shaibu Yakubu played 83 minutes for Enosis who were punished 2-1 by Anorthosis Falmagusta.

ISRAEL

Defender John Pantsil was not in the Hapoel Tel Aviv team when they drew 2-2 with Hapoel Haifa.

SOUTH AFRICA

Edwin Gyimah played full throttle for SuperSport United when they beat Ajax Cape Town 2-1.

Defender John Arwuah was forced off the pitch after 32 minutes with injury when his Bloemfontein Celtic side drew 1-1 with Black Leopards.
