Coaches and captains of the two teams will face both the local and international media on Tuesday ahead of the crunch tie on Wednesday.
The pre-match conference is fixed for the Essipong stadium in Sekondi at 4pm local time.
Medeama remain Ghana's only club in Africa inter-club competition this year.
