The MTN FA Cup Committee has confirmed this year’s final will be played at the Sekondi Stadium.
This will be the first time the final of the cup competition will be played away from the Accra Sports Stadium.
Defending champions Asante Kotoko will contest former winners Medeama on 30 August in a repeat of the 2013 final.
Medeama beat Kotoko 1-0 in Accra to win the competition and went on to play in Confederation Cup where they reached the penultimate qualifying round.
