Acid-tongue football administrator Takyi Arhin wants Asante Kotoko owner and Life Patron Otumfuo Osei Tutu II to disband the current board of directors.
The former Berekum Arsenal and BA Stars management member has accused the Paul Adu-Gyamfi-led board has the cause for their abysmal display in Africa.
Kotoko suffered an ignominious elimination from the CAF Champions League preliminary qualifying round by minnows Barrack Young Controllers of Liberia.
“This board has failed woefully with such an abysmal performance in Africa. Nana (Otumfuo) should as a matter of urgency dismiss them. This is not the Kotoko we used to know,†the firebrand administrator told state-owned radio.
Last week, the Kotoko board met in Kumasi but there was no date was set for the composition of a management team.
