Alhaji Karim Grusah is facing arrest from the court.

An Accra Circuit Court on Thursday ordered the arrest of Alhaji Abdul Karim Grusah, owner of King Failsal Football Club.

Alhaji Grunsah stood as surety for Mohammed Abdulai, a suspect who was nabbed by the Anti Human Trafficking Unit of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ghana Police Service.

The order came after Police Detective Inspector Isaac Agbemenia moved an application of Forfeiture of recognizance and sought for bench warrant before the Court presided over by Ms Helen Amoah

According to the Police they were unable to trace the whereabouts of Abdulai who is to appear in court.

"Effort made for the surety (Alhaji Grusah) to produce the suspect in Court had failed,” the Police has declared.

On April 23, this year, Abdulai was granted police enquiry bail in the sum of GH 20,000 cedis which Alhaji Grunsah signed on behalf of the suspect.

However the Police contend that they were unable to trace the suspect hence filed an application in court to enable Alhaji Grusah to produce him.
