Cresswell backs West Ham boss Bilic among Jaap Stam rumours

Aaron Cresswell believes Slaven Bilic can turn things around at West Ham United.

The Croatian is under fire amidst his side's three-game losing streak which has seen the East London club drop to 12th on the Premier League table.

Speculation has circled regarding the possible summer appointment of Reading's Jaap Stam but left-back Cresswell is not looking beyond the current season with Bilic.

"If you ask any of the players, they would say the same, we are fully behind him and fully supportive of him. Hopefully we can turn it around and take that pressure off everyone," the left-back told Sky Sports News HQ.

"He is positive and passionate about his job. He is bubbly around the place and wants to stay in a positive mood and, as players, that's what we want.

"There's no point being negative about the defeats that we've had."
