Richmond Boakye-Yiadom has been ruled out of Red Star Belgrade clash against CSKA Moscow in the Europa League on Wednesday.
The Ghana striker failed a last minute fitness test after missing the first leg tie due to the setback.
The 25-year-old has been knocked back by the injury he picked up at training in January.
He has not been involved this month and appears to be far away from recovery.
Red Star drew 0-0 with the Russian giants in the first leg at home ahead of the return leg in Moscow on Wednesday in what appears a mission impossible.
