Alan Pardew has dismissed the notion of himself becoming the next England manager in light of Sam Allardyce's exit, claiming that he is happy at Crystal Palace. The former Newcastle and West Ham manager is considered one of the favourites for the job with most bookies alongside the likes of Eddie Howe and Arsene Wenger.
