Ghana attacker David Accam hit a brace for Helsingborg in their 3-1 thrashing of AIK Solna in the Swedish Allsvenskan top-liner on Monday night.

The 22-year-old set up the first goal for Christoffer Andersson before scoring twice within the last three minutes of the first-half to seal victory for the Reds at the Olympia.

Accam resumes his scoring run in the Allsvenskan and is now the top-scorer of the league with 14 goals following her brace on Monday night.

Accam firstly organized a free kick that Christoffer Andersson elegant put into the top corner from close range in the 38th minute. Then he made himself the other two goals in the 42nd and 45th minutes, and both times rounded Accam AIK goalkeeper Patrik Carlgren.

Victor Pálsson stood up for the gig to Accams first goal with a sweeping pass as the Ghanaian managed to finish off by dribbling by Carlgren and put the ball into the open goal.

Mattias Lindstrom then stood up for second assist two minutes later when he got past two defenders and found Accam who again rounded Carlgren, feinted down Alexander Milosevic and rolled into 3-0.

Accam is still without a Ghana debut despite being handed call-up on four different occasions.
