David Accam insists Ghana’s 2018 World Cup qualifier against Comoros won’t be a walk in the park.

The Black Stars travel to Moroni for the first leg fixture scheduled for Friday as the daunting favourite to advance to the group phase of the qualifying campaign.

The four-time African champions boast of the best arsenals against a tiny nation perceived as minnows on the continent.

But Ghana striker David Accam, who plays for Major Soccer League side Chicago Fire, insists the Ayatollah won’t be pushovers.

“I don’t think we should think it’s going to be easy. It’s won’t be business as usual,” he said

“We have to work for the points and not underrate them.

“Football has evolved and it was dangerous to assume they will be chicken feed. Of course we have the quality but in football, you can never be so sure about anything.

“We have to keep our eyes on the ball and get the work done.”

The return leg takes place in Ghana’s second largest city, Kumasi on Tuesday November 17 with the winner advancing to the group phase.
