Newly appointed Asante Kotoko head coach David Duncan will arrive in Kumasi on Wednesday to begin his tenure with the Ghanaian Champions.

David Duncan took charge of Kotoko’s CAF Champions league encounter against MC EL Eulma over the weekend and most have already credited him for the team’s energetic display which saw them come away with a 0-0 score line on the day.

Kotoko is set to resume training on Wednesday and assistant coach Micheal Osei says Duncan should be available to supervise that one.

“We have given the team some days off to recapture all the energy they kept in the game against El Eulma but we resume on Wednesday,” Micheal Osei told Accra based Citi FM

“David Duncan has been scheduled to arrive and take charge of that training session on Wednesday.”

Kotoko have endured a torrid start to the domestic league but will be buoyed by their display in Algeria to kick start their domestic campaign.
