Deputy Sports Minister Pius Hadzide watches Division 2 game in Somanya

Deputy Sports Minister Honourable Pius Hadzide stormed a Division Two League venue in the Eastern Region to watch a game between Crystal Palace and Bazooka FC.

The game which was played at the Akotex Park saw Crystal Palace mauling Bazooka FC by 4-0.

The unceremonious visit was part of efforts by the sector minister to reach out to people of his childhood community.

The Deputy Sorts Minister joined the teaming fans to watch the third tier clash as a way of encouraging young talented footballers across the country.

The media-friendly Deputy Minister donated two pair of balls to both teams and encouraged the youth to aspire higher in life.

Fans and the media alike were stunned by the presence of Hon. Sports Minister at the Akotex Park in the Asuogyaman District in the Eastern region.

Hon. Pius Hadzide has received positive vibes across the country for the initiative taken and urged him to extend it across the country.
