Ghanaian youth midfield talisman Divine Naah suffered a horrific injury while in action for NAC Breda in the Dutch second-tier league on Friday night.

The Manchester City player, 19, picked what appears to be a hamstring injury and had to be replaced as early as the 4th minute by Uros Matic.

Breda medical specialists will perform a scan to find out the extent of damage done to the former Ghana U20 trainee.

Naah went into the game in high mood following his match-winning performance last weekend and promise to improve on his scoring statistics.

But, he left the field of play in agony before he could make any impact as he picked a bad injury after colliding with an opposition player.

Naah has appeared in 6 of Breda's 7 games this season and has scored once.
